Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- We will provide you with a return authorization number and return address
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the return authorization number and proof of purchase
- Ship the item to the provided address using a trackable shipping method
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund processing: 5-10 business days depending on your payment method
- You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is not available, we will process a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
